Archisman Dey

Archisman Dey is currently a Member of Technical Staff (MTS - 3) at ThoughtSpot, focusing on distributed search index systems since August 2023. Previously, Dey held the position of MTS - 2 at BeagleBoard.org Foundation as a Google Summer of Code Mentor, providing open-source code reviews from June to September 2022. Dey also completed an MITACS Globalink Research Internship at McGill University, where the development of a parameterized Fast Fourier Transform algorithm for FPGAs was undertaken, achieving over 90% throughput on Intel Arria 10 FPGA. Earlier experiences include participation in Google Summer of Code at BeagleBoard.org Foundation, where an automated test suite for the simpPRU language was created, and new language features were implemented. Dey holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, completed in 2023.
