Jordan Suffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product training and education services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Enablement at ThoughtSpot since October 2018, Jordan leads global product training initiatives for employees, partners, and customers, along with product documentation. Previously, Jordan held several key positions, including Director of Product Enablement and Director of Global Product Training at Lithium Technologies, Director of Global Training Services at Incite Informatics, and Director of Global Sales Training & Partner Development at MicroStrategy. Jordan's career in education services began at MicroStrategy and spans over two decades, including roles such as Director of Channels Education and Senior Technical Trainer. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and attended Temple University in Japan.
