Paola Johnson

Paola Johnson is a seasoned marketing and sales professional currently serving as the Director of Community and Customer Advocacy at ThoughtSpot since August 2018. In this role, Paola leads the Adelante Latinx Employee Resource Group and oversees initiatives to enhance the global user community through online forums, user events, and the ThoughtSpot All-Star Program. Prior to this, Paola held various sales and marketing positions at ThoughtSpot and CA Technologies, focusing on account management, solution strategy, and customer success. Paola's diverse experience also includes a marketing leadership role at Vida Ventures Photography and active participation in advocacy organizations like Hue.
