Sunil Gupta

Sunil Gupta is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at ThoughtSpot since November 2015, Sunil has been instrumental in building a versatile multi-cloud SaaS platform that significantly contributes to the company’s revenue. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Sunil worked at Intel Corporation for a decade as a Design Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of System-On-Chip products and managing end-to-end design and verification processes. Sunil began their career as a Regional Field Support Engineer at Applied Materials, focusing on semiconductor processes, and also held the position of Shift Manager at Britannia Industries Limited, managing a large team in production operations. Sunil holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
