Dan Nguyen

Dan Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dan started their career as a Registered Nurse at North York General Hospital in 2013, where they provided patient-centered care in the mental health in-patient units. Dan also served as a charge nurse, managing patient workflows and unit workflows. Dan then joined ThoughtWire in 2016 as a Delivery Consultant, where they provided consultative services for the integration of healthcare solutions and facilitated workshops to understand client goals and end-users' pain points. In 2019, they were promoted to Manager of Healthcare Solutions, contributing to the growth and business development of the Healthcare Suite. Currently, Dan holds the position of Director of Healthcare Solutions at ThoughtWire, where they continue to contribute to the expansion and strategies for industry solutions.

Dan Nguyen has a Master's Degree in Health Informatics from the University of Toronto, which was obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at York University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have certifications in Crisis Intervention - Client and Staff from Safe Management Group Inc., and Gentle Persuasive Approaches in Dementia Care from Advanced Gerontological Education Inc.
