May Xu

May Xu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing technology strategy and engineering practices across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as VP and Regional Head of Technology at Thoughtworks since May 2011, May is also a member of the Global Technology Advisory Board and the Australia Technology Advisory Board, specializing in areas such as cloud strategy, digital transformation, and technical leadership development. Prior to Thoughtworks, May held positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Technical Manager, where leadership spanned cross-functional teams and Agile transformation initiatives. May Xu holds an Executive Program in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education, alongside a Master’s in Computer Science from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ocean University of China.
