Andy Yates has extensive experience in technology strategy and innovation, particularly within digital workspace and communications. They began their career as a Software Developer at PowerMarket Inc and TrustTheDJ.com before transitioning to various roles at Thoughtworks, including Consultant and Head of Technology for Corporate Strategy. Currently, Andy serves as the UK & Ireland Team Leader at C2C and continues to lead technology initiatives at Thoughtworks. Andy holds a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and advanced degrees from the University of Edinburgh and University College London.
