Just when rising real estate agent Noah Kaplan thought he’d made it big, he gets fired on national television from the Million Dollar Listing NY team leaving him broke and scrambling to pay his own rent. With a bruised ego and no backup plan, Noah shifts gears and dives into the gritty world of NYC’s budget-friendly rental market. Fueled by a mix of revenge, ambition, and sheer desperation, he’s determined to prove he can still make it as an agent in the toughest city that never sleeps.

Expect laughs, chaos, and plenty of “Is this really what people pay for?” moments as he attempts to make even the tiniest apartments feel like home. Will he turn his life around — one $400 commission at a time.
