Every enterprise runs on invisible threads: processes, applications, data, people, and intelligence. We help connect those threads to the core, creating systems that scale, adapt, and endure.
Thread & Core Systems is an enterprise architecture and technology consulting company built for businesses that need their processes, applications, data, automation, and AI initiatives to work as one connected operating system.
We help organizations modernize and extend their enterprise core through SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, ERP extensions, integrations, workflow automation, full-stack enterprise applications, and practical AI-enabled business systems.
Our work focuses on the places where business value often gets lost: disconnected applications, manual handoffs, duplicated data, fragile customizations, unclear process ownership, and AI ideas that never reach production.
Thread & Core is founder-led by Prashant Agarwal, an enterprise architect with 14+ years of experience across SAP, cloud platforms, full-stack engineering, automation, and AI-enabled business systems.
