Caroline Earley

Caroline Earley is a highly experienced professional in project management and research, currently serving as a Senior Lead at THREAD since March 2022. With a robust background that includes roles as a Senior Project Manager and Research Project Manager at SilverCloud Health, Caroline has successfully managed a portfolio of research projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and overseeing full project life cycle ownership. Previous experience includes serving as an Office Manager at the Metropolitan Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and as a Project Intern at the TeenScreen National Center for Mental Health Checkups. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy from The Tivoli Institute and multiple degrees in Psychology, including from Trinity College Dublin and the University of Galway, complemented by a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute.
