Heather Valine

Heather Valine has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heather currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Strategy & Partnerships at THREAD. Prior to this, they worked at IQVIA where they served as the Director of Direct-to-Patient, Real-World Solutions and as an Associate Principal in the Real World Evidence Solutions (RWES) division. Heather also worked at Blue Shield of California where they held the roles of Senior Program Manager in Health Innovation Technology (HIT) and Lead Project Manager in Cost of Healthcare. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant in Organization Effectiveness at Slalom Consulting, a Project Manager at Blue Shield of California, an Associate Manager in International Development at Benefit Cosmetics, a Consultant at BearingPoint, and an Occupational Psychologist/Consultant at Psychological Consultancy Services Ltd. Throughout their career, Heather has showcased their skills in strategy development, business development, project management, and leadership development.

Heather Valine completed their Master of Science degree in Work & Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Heather Valine obtained a certification in "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from UC Berkeley Executive Education in September 2021.
