Sarah Boyd

Sarah Boyd has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sarah started their career as an Installation Specialist at Bandwidth Inc. in 2010. Sarah then joined Republic Wireless in 2012 as an Online Content Manager and Communications Manager, where they managed and maintained documentation for the online Help Center and wrote communications for the Support team. Sarah worked at Republic Wireless until 2017, during which they also served as a Knowledge Manager, Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) Program Manager, and Communications Manager. In these roles, they managed a team and focused on increasing customer self-service capabilities through maintaining and updating Help Center documentation. Since 2020, Sarah has been working at THREAD research as a Senior Product Communications Manager, responsible for internal and external product communications, including release updates and training materials.

Sarah Boyd attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a field of study that combined English and Communication, although the specific degree earned is unknown.
