Todd Harnett

Todd Harnett has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies.

Todd started their career at Balboa Capital in 2001, where they worked as an Account Executive, developing customized finance solutions. After a year, they moved on to The Rabuck Agency as an Assistant Account Executive and later became an Account Executive, managing relationships with key clients and leading project lifecycle management.

In 2005, Harnett joined Alcone (an Omnicom agency) as a Sr. Account Executive, and over the years, they progressed to become an Account Supervisor and then an Account Director. In these roles, they managed brand activation programs for clients in various industries and achieved notable successes, such as winning the Gold Reggie Award for Nestle/Dreyer's The Skinny Cow Perfect Cup product launch.

From 2013 to 2015, Harnett worked at INK as a Brand Director, where they led campaign planning and execution, brand strategy, and overall growth for integrated agency teams across multiple consumer and B2B categories.

In 2015, they joined THREAD as a Director of Client Services and implemented agile methodology in the marketing environment, increasing video production revenue significantly. Todd later became the Sr. Director of Delivery and then the Executive Director, Head of Technology Enablement for North America. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Global Solution Delivery, where they focus on improving clinical trial efficiency, accessibility, and effectiveness through decentralized clinical trials.

Todd Harnett attended the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Additionally, they pursued a minor in the Marshall School of Business during their time at the university.
