Shirley Chen

Shirley Chen's first work experience was at 1928Jewelry Company, where they started the E-commerce department and managed the day-to-day activities of the E-commerce site, including marketing, merchandising, traffic acquisition, site conversion, and site design. Shirley also supervised web marketing, customer service, and shipping. Shirley worked at 1928Jewelry Company from March 2007 to January 2011.

Following their time at 1928Jewelry Company, Shirley Chen joined Threads 4 Thought as the Director of Ecommerce. In this role, they completed a major site update to Magento and integrated it with the company's ERP system. Shirley also developed and integrated new and growing business with Amazon.com, Amazon FBA, and Overstock.com. Their tenure at Threads 4 Thought began in September 2011 and is ongoing.

Shirley Chen obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Princeton University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006.
