With a background in Short Track Speedskating representing the United States, Ryan transitioned into product strategy and design, focusing on both physical and digital products in the high-tech defense sector. They have held significant roles at major companies, including Facebook and Mazlo, where Ryan directed product and design strategies, mentored teams, and fostered innovative approaches to user experience. Educated in Communications and Public Relations at Northern Michigan University, Ryan is known for blending Design Thinking with Agile methodologies to create impactful user experiences.
