Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has worked in the software development industry since 2005. Eric began their career as a Software Developer for Charter Communications, where they assisted the team-lead in the conceptualization of platform architecture and introduced him to the paradigms of Object Oriented Development and MVC. In 2012, they joined RevCo as a Web Application Engineer and was promoted to UI Lead-Developer after presenting a fork of the 'Connect' application to the Director of UX. In 2014, they became a Senior Web Application Engineer at Suddenlink Communications, and in 2015 they joined Gateway Media, LLC as a Senior Web Application Engineer. At Gateway Media, they served as a team-member in the complete rewrite and port to Python from PHP for multiple internal tools critical to the core business. In 2016, they joined CenturyLink Business for Enterprise as a Senior Web Application Engineer and wrote from scratch a purely client-side frontend whose datasource was a restful API being developed in tandem. In 2017, they joined ThreatBlockr, Inc. as Director of UX/UI Development and Senior Web Application Engineer.

Eric Johnson attended Lincoln University (MO) from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science and Military Science. Eric then attended Columbia College Chicago from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Digital Audio Production.
