Sameer Jadhav

Sameer Jadhav is a seasoned leader in technical support and software development, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Customer Support at ThreatConnect, Inc. since September 2019. Jadhav has successfully built and led a global technical support engineering team, focusing on operational efficiency and customer relationship management. With previous roles at TiVo, where Jadhav managed an international team and developed production support organizations, and at eBay, where the management of client services software engineering teams was key, Jadhav has demonstrated expertise in leading diverse teams and delivering high-quality products. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Xoriant, and Siemens, complemented by an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
