Emily Dale

Emily Dale is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on people and culture, currently serving as a People Business Partner for Product & Tech at Thredd since November 2023. Prior to this, Emily contributed to Bumble as an Associate HR Business Partner and was a People Partner at DrDoctor, where collaboration with leadership on HR processes and employee engagement was central. Emily also has a background in recruitment, having worked with notable companies such as ASOS and Unity Technologies, and has volunteered as a CV Feedback volunteer for Young Women's Trust, supporting young women in their career journeys. Emily's educational foundation comprises studies at Palmers College and William Edwards School and Sports College.
