Ian Mills is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in building compliance programs from the ground up, particularly within the FinTech sector. With experience as an Intelligence Analyst for the US Department of Homeland Security and a Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst at SALT Lending, they currently serve as the Director of Global Compliance & Risk at RYVYL and Global Risk & Compliance Lead at Thredd. Ian also advises on Fintech and cryptocurrency matters at Guidepoint, while holding previous roles that include Compliance Officer at Hedera Hashgraph and Director of Investment Risk at HBAR Foundation.
