Lauren Stevens

Lauren Stevens has diverse work experience in human resources and people experience. Lauren is currently the Head of People Experience at Thredd since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UCL as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from September 2021 to May 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2018 to August 2021. Lauren also worked at Imperial College London as an HR Adviser from November 2016 to June 2018, and at Waltham Forest College as a Senior Human Resources Officer from December 2013 to September 2016. Lauren's earlier experience includes being an HR Manager at Total Cover from January 2012 to September 2013.

Lauren Stevens attended Trinity High School from 2006 to 2008. Lauren then went on to study at the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Human Resource Management. In addition to their formal education, Lauren has also obtained certifications in Developing a Mentoring Program and Succession Planning from LinkedIn in 2019.
