Paulette Rowe

Paulette Rowe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the payments and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Stax Payments and as a Non Executive Director and Remco Chair at Thredd since February 2023, Paulette also chairs the ESG committee at United Utilities while contributing as an Independent Operating Partner at Greater Sum Ventures. From 2020 to 2023, Paulette was the CEO of Paysafe Group Integrated and Ecommerce Solutions and previously held key positions at Facebook and Barclaycard, where leadership contributed to significant impacts on UK card payments. With a background in strategy and marketing from roles at NBNK Investments and Tesco Personal Finance, Paulette's educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Birmingham.
