Sam Burville has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Staff Engineer and previously as a Lead Software Engineer, Developer, and Junior Developer at Thredd since October 2016. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Research Assistant at Cambridge Quantum Computing Limited, focusing on quantum algorithms and academic open problems from July to September 2014. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge (2012-2015) and was awarded the Tsuzuki Scholarship to study at the Japan University of Economics from 2015 to 2016. Education was completed at The Ridings High School from 2005 to 2012.
