Shane Happach is the CEO of Coda and has over 15 years of experience in eCommerce payments, having created more than $40 billion in shareholder value. Previously, Shane served as CEO of Mollie from 2021 to 2023 and held significant executive roles at Worldpay, Ingenico ePayments, and Caterpillar Inc. Shane is also a board advisor for Nomupay and Velocity, as well as a non-executive board member at Thredd. Shane holds an AMP in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
