Shaun Donnellan

Shaun Donnellan is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as VP Financial Controller and Group Financial Controller at Thredd since November 2019, with responsibilities including statutory reporting, internal financial reporting, and budget preparation. Previously, Shaun held positions as Senior Accountant at Alida, where collaboration with the Director of Corporate Accounting and Director of Revenue Operations was essential for accurate financial entries, and at Surgical Specialties Corp d/b/a Angiotech, where Shaun implemented the Netsuite Accounting System and managed external auditor inquiries. Earlier roles included Intermediate Accountant at Dassault Systèmes and Financial Accountant at Aran Biomedical, where Shaun managed team functions and prepared monthly management accounts. Shaun began a career as a Trainee Accountant at Planet and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway, along with professional qualifications in ACCA and a Diploma in Accounting and Business.
