Alyse Kalmon

Alyse Kalmon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Alyse is currently working at thredUP as a Learning Designer since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Carvana, where they held multiple roles. Alyse started as a Talent Development Coordinator in August 2019 and progressed to become a Talent Development Specialist in November 2020. Alyse then transitioned into the role of Junior Instructional Designer in May 2021 and later became an Instructional Designer in August 2022. Before their time at Carvana, Alyse worked as a Content Development Intern at Full Tilt Marketing in 2018. Alyse also gained experience as an Employee Engagement + Human Resources Intern at Make-A-Wish America from May to August 2018. Their earliest work experience was as a Human Resources Intern at The Borgen Project from September 2017 to January 2018.

Alyse Kalmon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Alyse pursued their education at the university from 2014 to 2019.
