Anton Naumenko

Anton Naumenko has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Anton is currently the VP of Engineering at thredUP, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at thredUP from October 2021 to September 2023. From April 2018 to October 2021, they worked as the Director of Engineering, Ukraine at thredUP. Before joining thredUP, Anton worked as a Contracted Software Development Engineer/Team lead from August 2017 to April 2018.

Prior to their experience at thredUP, Anton was involved in founding and working at Syndicode from 2014 to 2020. At Syndicode, they served as a Co-founder, Board Director, and Co-founder, CTO, overseeing the company's growth and managing a team of engineers.

Anton's earlier work experience includes roles such as Systems Architect at Nova Poshta from 2013 to 2014, Software Development Lead at Inno-W Oy from 2007 to 2013, and Researcher/Workpackage Leader at UBIWARE/Agora Center from 2007 to 2007.

Anton also worked as a Researcher at MODPA/ITRI from 2005 to 2006, and as a Researcher at ASG/ITRI from 2005 to 2005. Anton's earliest work experience was as a First Category Engineer at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2001 to 2003.

Anton Naumenko has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and related disciplines. Anton pursued their undergraduate studies at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 1997 to 2003, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science. During this time, they also engaged in studies in Economics, obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the same institution between 2000 and 2002. Building upon their foundational knowledge, they then pursued a Ph.D. degree at the University of Jyväskylä from 2004 to 2007, specializing in the field of Semantic Web.
