Dana Salamone

Dana Salamone has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and talent acquisition. Dana started their career at Target in 2014 as an Executive Team Leader Intern and later became an Executive Team Lead. In 2017, Dana joined thredUP as an Operations Recruiter and progressed to become a Lead Operations Recruiter. Dana then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations, and eventually became the Manager of Talent Operations & Systems. Currently, Dana holds the position of People Operations Manager at thredUP.

Dana Salamone attended Illinois State University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
