Daryna Shulha is an experienced People Business Partner and Senior Technical Recruiter at thredUP since August 2018, specializing in the recruitment of IT specialists across Europe and the development of personnel standards and policies in Ukraine. Prior to thredUP, Daryna held various roles at Luxoft from September 2010 to August 2018, including Team Lead Recruitment and Senior IT Recruiter, focusing on recruitment strategies, sourcing strategies, and full-cycle recruitment processes for IT roles. Earlier experience includes positions at Incom and AVentures Group, where Daryna managed recruitment processes, developed hiring strategies, and implemented training programs. Daryna holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from the National University and a Specialist degree in Finance from Technological University.
