Jenny Lucey

Jenny Lucey has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Jenny began their career in 2011 at Bluewolf as a Corporate Recruiter and later took on the role of National Talent Acquisition Team Lead in University Relations. In 2013, they joined Mondo as the West Coast Sales Development Manager and briefly led the National Talent Acquisition Team in University Relations. Jenny then transitioned to Nelson Staffing in 2014 as a Direct Hire Recruiter before joining Wayfair in 2016 as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on hiring people leaders and strategic partners. In 2020, Jenny joined Abbott as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and later moved to thredUP, where they held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner and a Lead, Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Currently, they are working at thredUP as the Lead of People Business Partner, starting from October 2022.

Jenny Lucey has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Goucher College. Prior to attending college, they obtained a High School Diploma from Kimball Union Academy.
