Jess Kirkpatrick

Jess Kirkpatrick has a diverse background in data science and leadership roles. Jess started their career as the Director of Data Science at InstaEDU, where they were responsible for building the data science team. Jess then joined Chegg Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist, leading data and analytics efforts and building predictive financial models. Jess later worked at Hired, Inc. as an Insights Manager and Lead Product Data Scientist, where they conducted AB testing and collaborated with the marketing and communications team. Jess also served as a Senior Data Scientist at Slack, leading a large-scale project to improve product performance. Jess held the role of Advisor at Udacity and served on the Board of Trustees at the American Astronomical Society. Jess also served on the Boards of Directors at KoBold Metals and Jewish Gateways.
