Rohan S.

Rohan S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rohan started their career as an Engineering Intern at Globus Enterprises, where they worked on optimizing staffing levels and improving profitability. Following that, Rohan worked as a Corporate Relations Manager at AIESEC, facilitating international exchange programs and managing relationships with partner companies. Rohan also served as the Organizing Committee President for a national strategic conference.

Rohan then joined Godrej as a Production Engineering Intern, where they gained experience in total productive maintenance and data analysis. After that, they worked at Arizona State University as a Research Associate, focusing on agent-based and system dynamics models for decision support. Rohan also served as a Math, Physics, and Statistics Tutor at the university.

Rohan later joined Artis International as an Intern, where they developed prediction models for event forecasting and conducted research on the social and behavioral roots of terrorist activity. Rohan then moved to Knight Transportation, first as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later as a Business Analyst, supporting business users with data-driven insights and managing the development of a logistics mobile app.

Rohan then progressed to the role of Senior Revenue Management Analyst, taking ownership of SQL jobs and processes across multiple servers.

Currently, Rohan is working at thredUP as a Financial Data Analyst, where they are responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions. Rohan has also held roles as an Analytics Manager and is currently a Senior Manager of Analytics at the company.

Rohan S. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. Rohan also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

In terms of additional certifications, Rohan S. received a Six Sigma Green Belt from Arizona State University in July 2014 and completed a Scalability through Lean and Green Supply Chain course by the Business Process Council in October 2010.
