Three Apples & Grapes S.L. is a Valencia-based company creating and promoting Sombras, a brand of premium non-alcoholic wines crafted with respect for tradition and innovation.

We believe wine is not just a drink — it’s a culture, a ritual, and a way to connect. That’s why Sombras is made for people who love to explore new experiences, choose mindful drinking, care about their health, yet don’t want to give up the pleasure, taste, and tradition of wine.

Our wines are dry, sophisticated, and naturally low in calories — offering the full sensory experience of wine, without alcohol. We use high-quality Spanish grapes (Bobal, Monastrell, Moscatel) and advanced dealcoholization technology to preserve aroma, structure, and elegance.

Our portfolio:
🍷 Sombras Primer Oscuro – dry red, full-bodied and aromatic.
🍇 Sombras Tercero Claro – dry white, fresh and floral.

We collaborate with restaurants, gourmet stores, distributors, and wellness communities across Spain and Europe, promoting a modern wine culture based on choice, balance, and authenticity.

Our mission: To redefine the way people experience wine — making it inclusive, conscious, and inspiring.
