We work with businesses to help them understand and do a better job for their customers, develop their leaders, and benefit communities. Our purpose is to create business value and social value, hand in hand.

We do so by creating tailored projects and programmes that address business objectives, have an immersive element at their heart and create positive social impact.

We work on three big, overlapping business agendas:

PEOPLE: Leadership and talent development, from graduates to senior leaders, with an experiential focus

COMMUNITY IMPACT: High impact community investment initiatives, from skills-based volunteering to sophisticated community programmes

SOCIAL INSIGHT: Expertise from our Lived Experts Research Community on external issues that informs better products and services for customers and a stronger employer value proposition (see our Three Hands Insight website at www.threehands.co.uk)

These agendas don’t exist in isolation of one another; what’s really powerful is the blend that we create between them, resulting in experiences and learning that help people think and act beyond their silos.
