Fred Kinsman

Fred Kinsman is an Investment Director at Three Hills, a position held since 2025. Previously, Fred served as Associate Director of Direct Lending at Investec from 2021 to 2025, focusing on private equity-backed companies across the UK, DACH, and Benelux regions. Before that, Fred gained experience as a Senior Associate in Acquisition and Leveraged Finance and as an Analyst in Mid-Market Private Debt at Commonwealth Bank from 2017 to 2020. Fred also briefly worked in Private Equity Debt Advisory at Deloitte UK in 2021 and completed a Graduate Program at Suncorp Group in 2014. Fred holds a Master of Applied Finance in Corporate Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business in Management/Finance from Queensland University of Technology.
