Andrew Hellermann

Andrew Hellermann is a construction management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Construction at Three Leaf Partners since March 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Vice President of Construction Operations at Mandel Group, Inc. from October 2021 to March 2025. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC, and Project Director at AECOM, managing projects worth over $200 million. Andrew's earlier experience also includes project management positions at Graycor Construction Company, JLL, Pepper Construction Company, and Bulley & Andrews. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University, completed in 2004.
