Dan Clark

Dan Clark is a seasoned executive in property management, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Property Management at Three Leaf Partners since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Sr. V.P. and President of Property & Portfolio Management at Bear Real Estate Group from March 2021 to August 2025, where Dan oversaw a national portfolio encompassing various management aspects, including asset, commercial, and facilities management. Dan's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Gorman & Company, Inc., ConAm Management Corporation, and Dunlap & Magee, focusing on asset management, portfolio strategy, and operational oversight across multiple states. Dan began a career in property management at CHS, where responsibilities included developing startups and managing project operations. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University.
