David Luy

David Luy is currently working as a Financial Analyst at Three Leaf Partners, where David focuses on financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for new development projects in the hospitality industry. Prior to their current role, David worked as a Real Estate Development Analyst & Consultant at JNK Development, where David was responsible for due diligence and analysis of hotel development proposals. With a background in property management, appraising, and leasing, David has a strong foundation in real estate. David also has experience in landscaping and fundraising roles during their time as an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
