Jim Buck

Jim Buck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and business leadership. As the CEO and Chairman of the Board at KLB Enterprises, Inc. since April 2016, Jim has driven organizational success. Jim also serves as Principal at Three Oaks Engineering, offering expertise in infrastructure projects with a focus on environmental and community considerations. Previously, Jim held key roles including Partner at Tillery Capital, Vice President at Baker Engineering, and President and CEO of Buck Engineering, where Jim co-founded the company and achieved significant revenue growth. Jim's career began at NCDOT, and includes military service as an Army Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, complemented by a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
