Dan Abrams

Dan Abrams is an experienced legal and business professional currently serving as the Managing Director of TPC Asset Purchase since January 2024, overseeing the film and television asset acquisition division. Abrams has been a consultant and head of corporate/commercial at Spector Constant & Williams since September 2019. Previous roles include Director of Legal for Media & Entertainment at Pipe, Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Purely, and Partner at ELS Legal, where Abrams focused on corporate and commercial law. Earlier in the career, Abrams held legal counsel positions at HHR Hotels and K&L Gates. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School.
