Leadership development

Through individual and small group sessions, we help you to maximize your impact by helping you to access the skills, tools, and resources that you need in order to be productive, efficient, and relevant.

Our Story

Three Points Ventures was founded in January 2017 in response to a need for resources, tools and methods to increase organizations’ and individuals’ impact and efficiency. By offering guidance and an outsider’s perspective, we want to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver on their mission and core purpose.

Our Values

Empowerment

We work with organizations and individuals who want to improve the conditions in the communities where they live and serve.

Independence

We believe in the value of an independent perspective. Being able to diagnose challenges from the outside in and offering solutions based on objective assessments adds value to our clients.

Integrity

Honesty and integrity are at the heart of our work. Even when it means giving “tough love” or challenging existing assumptions, we believe that being honest and truthful in our work is what ultimately leads to progress and change.

Creativity

We believe that creativity is essential to discovering the best way to approach challenges and develop solutions. Often this means reaching outside traditional examples or frameworks. Creativity and innovation are necessary to strengthen the ecosystem of the social sector by enabling new ideas to come into the fold.
