Caleigh McLaughlin

Cal McLaughlin is an experienced Senior Product Designer currently at Home Solutions since August 2021, having also served as a UX Designer. Prior to this role, Cal worked as a User Experience Designer for Chord Health Inc., leading design for a musculoskeletal medical device startup. Experience also includes a brief role as a UX/UI Designer at RipeMetrics, focusing on customer experience in the cannabis industry, and multiple positions at The Meeting Place Clubhouse, Inc., supporting mental health recovery. A foundational experience as a UX Design Apprentice at Bloc allowed for the development of industry skills in UX research and visual design. Cal's career began in customer service roles, including as a server and bartender, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. Cal holds a degree in Sociology from Syracuse University.
