Peter Kerr is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Three Ships. Prior to this role, Peter held positions at Vericast, Cengage, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where Peter gained experience in business development, strategy, and M&A. Peter is a graduate of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
