Jay Hocking

Jay Hocking is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Three Strands since November 2024. Hocking previously worked at Water for Good from 2008 to November 2024, where roles included Director of Program Sustainability, Director of Operations, Country Director, Director of Communications, and IT Manager & Graphic Designer. Earlier career experience includes serving as Conference Center Director and IT Manager at Encompass World Partners from May 2002 to March 2013, where responsibilities included managing a 70-bed conference and retreat center and overseeing IT operations for office staff. Hocking holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Computer Science from Grace College & Seminary, completed in 2002.
