Our location includes 8 beautifully curated rooms which offer integrative modalities and restorative body treatments from highly skilled therapists. 

Movement Studio
Find freedom with mindful movement in our multipurpose studio. We have designed a space that fulfils your desire to look after yourself inside and out while accommodating your busy schedule. 

Co-Ed Sauna
Sweat out the stress and toxins that have accumulated in your body. Allow the dry heat from our infrared sauna to soothe your body before or after a therapeutic treatment or movement class.
