Matt Oscamou is the COO at Three Trees, where they leverage years of experience in the food industry. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of Frontier Snacks, Inc., creating real-food products focused on simplicity and quality. Matt has also held various engineering roles, including Project Engineer at Merrick & Company and JVA, Inc., as well as Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Menlo Park. Their teaching experience includes instructing physics and math at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory. Matt continues to contribute to the industry as a Co-Founder at Weller and Principal at Oak Creek, LLC.
