Gordon Weston

Gordon Weston is an experienced learning and development professional with a robust background in the telecommunications and banking sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Learning at Hutchison 3G since July 2014, Gordon leads a team and is responsible for learning design and strategy, focusing on innovation and behavioral change. Prior experience includes roles as L&D Manager and L&D Officer at HFC Bank, where responsibilities ranged from implementing training schemes to supporting performance improvement across customer-facing areas. Gordon also held the role of Branch Manager, overseeing teams to achieve top sales results.
