Mark Ward

Mark Ward is an accomplished security executive with extensive experience in information security leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Three UK since August 2021, Mark is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy encompassing technical, informational, and physical security. Previously, Mark held the role of Group Chief Information Security Officer at Interserve Group Limited, leading recovery efforts from a significant cyber incident and overseeing initiatives to enhance overall information security. Mark also served as a Consulting Specialist CISO at MDL Associates Financial Services, conducting critical risk assessments, and prior to that held the G-CISO position at Provident Financial Group PLC, where strategic leadership in compliance and security operations was provided. Mark's educational foundation was established at the City of Portsmouth Boys School.
