Almira Bağlar

Almira Bağlar has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Almira started their career as a Program Manager at COMIKON! Turkey in October 2016 and worked there until November 2018. During this time, they successfully managed programs and activities related to the organization.

In December 2017, Almira joined Gigaaa as a Product Team Member and contributed their skills and expertise to the product development process. Almira remained with the company until December 2018.

From December 2018 to January 2022, Almira worked at inzva as the Head of AI Programs. In this role, they led a team of 7 AI engineers and project specialists, overseeing their hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Almira also played a vital role in developing detailed Agile-focused delivery plans for over 40 AI projects, primarily in the domains of NLP and CV. Almira's efforts in identifying, documenting, and tracking the organization's KPIs and success stories led to a partnership with Google Machine Learning Bootcamp. Additionally, they established and maintained relationships with strategic partners such as universities, AI research labs, and tech companies. Almira collaborated with cross-functional teams and outsourced agencies to design and promote programs and activities, while also supporting the growth team with GTM strategies, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

In January 2022, Almira joined aigoritma as a Product Specialist, contributing their expertise to the development and enhancement of the company's products. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at Threecolts, starting from November 2022.

Almira Bağlar completed their MA in Asian Studies at Boğaziçi University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Okan University from 2011 to 2016, majoring in Translation Studies. In 2008, they obtained a certification for the YES Kennedy-Lunar Youth Exchange and Study program from AFS Intercultural Programs. Almira also participated in the Beijing Language and Culture University Summer Programme, but the exact duration and year are not specified.
