Gemma Bianchi

Gemma Bianchi is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People at Threecolts since September 2023. Previously, Gemma held the position of Head of People & Talent at Nivoda from September 2022 to September 2023 and served as People Director at the human tech agency from October 2016 to September 2022. Prior experience includes the role of AVP - Emerging Talent at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2014 to October 2016. Gemma is continuously advancing professional qualifications, having pursued CIPD Qualifications from 2012 to the present.
