Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Justin began their career as an ESL Teacher at Jungheung Elementary Afterschool Program in 2015, where they were responsible for teaching English to elementary school students and creating lesson plans. Justin then moved on to Ilshin Elementary Afterschool in 2016, continuing their role as an ESL Teacher.

In 2017, Justin transitioned into the IT field and worked as an Access Management Associate at Apex Systems, where they managed Active Directory access for users within the Fairview Healthcare System as a contractor. Later that year, they joined Three Rivers Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on testing software and platforms.

Continuing their career in quality assurance, Justin joined Pace Analytical in 2019 as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst/Technical Writer. In this role, they tested Agile software development and managed and developed a Cypress automated regression suite. Justin then moved to Allianz Life in 2020 as an IT Quality Analyst, supporting the development of new and legacy software, managing cross-team integration testing efforts, and developing automated Selenium scripts.

Most recently, in 2022, Justin joined ThreeFlow as a Quality Assurance Engineer II, contributing their QA expertise to the team.

Justin Thomas completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The Evergreen State College in 2008. Justin then pursued Information Technology Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston from 2016 to 2018, earning a degree in Information Technology Management. Justin also obtained an Associates Degree from Minneapolis College, though specific start and end dates are not provided. Additionally, they have a certification in the ASTQB Foundation Level Exam, which they obtained in January 2018 from the ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board.
